Where Can You Grow Plants Indoors?
  |
The beauty of indoor gardening is that it can take place in just about any area of your home, including in front of a sunny window, a not so sunny window, and in the basement. Indoor gardening can take place anywhere in your home using artificial lighting. During the growing season, indoor growing can even extend to your patio, or in the case of apartment or condo dwellers, to your balcony. |

What Can You Grow?
Indoor gardening encompasses a large variety of plants which can be grown indoors or just a step away outside your door. The list includes both flowering and non-flowering house plants, vegetable plants, herbs, and even bonsai and other exotic plants. Terrariums are another great source for indoor gardening. Terrariums are miniature ecosystems and can be grown in something as small as a fish bowl. Indoor gardening can be as small or as large a project as you wish, being only limited by available space in the house, and don’t forget that the garage also has possibilities.

Who We Are
| We have been growing plants indoors and outdoors on the porch and patio and in raised beds for years. We live on a farmette and for a number of years grew and sold herbs, vegetables, and flowers for bouquets and dried arrangements from a stand located on our property. Our farm was Pennsylvania certified organic. We have accumulated a wealth of gardening experience through the years, including indoor gardening and will be happy to share it with you. Indoor gardening can bring a ray of sunshine into your home on even the dreariest of days.
